Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Canadiana Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and manage a team of 1-2 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Client Service: Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Operations Management: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure smooth motel operations, including maintenance of computer systems, equipment, and machinery.
  • Staff Management: Hire and train new staff members, ensuring they understand job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
