Position Overview

The Motel Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our establishment. This permanent position requires a commitment of 30 to 44 hours per week in a dynamic environment.

Work Environment

Located in a rural area, the role involves overseeing operations in a hotel, motel, or resort setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform the same duties as the staff being supervised.
  • Assist guests with specific needs to enhance their experience.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review the work of team members.
  • Recruit and train new staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Ensure the operation of computer systems and equipment, arranging repairs as necessary to maintain service quality.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.

Security and Safety Requirements
  • Must be bondable.
  • Confidential security clearance is required.
  • A criminal record check is mandatory.
