Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Operational Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our motel's facilities, equipment, and systems, ensuring that they are in good working order and that any issues are promptly addressed.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, ensuring that their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff members, providing them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring that our motel has the necessary resources to operate effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
