Motel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Belmont INN. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the motel, including managing front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including requisitioning materials and supplies as needed.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment and machinery are in good working order, arranging for repairs as necessary.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
