Project Director

Responsibilities:
* Provide overall contract administration, technical expertise, and support to the project team.
* Develop and implement project safety plans, ensuring a safe working environment for all stakeholders.
* Ensure projects are constructed as per design, budget, resources, quality, and schedule.
* Identify and manage risks and opportunities on construction projects.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
* 5-8 years of progressive construction experience with leadership and mentoring preferred.
* Demonstrated experience implementing a strong safety culture.
* In-depth knowledge of construction industry practices, including building materials, construction specifications, methods, and procedures.
* Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills, including the ability to manage project budgets and schedules.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
