Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a diverse team to create and set up flexible, innovative solutions that deliver a best-in-class client experience.
  • Support end-to-end project implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in both business and technology, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of financial systems, processes, and technologies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in Capital Markets with FX.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Tools.
  • Financial institution experience, preferably with big 5 banks.
  • Previous agile experience.
  • Independent worker.
  • Strong front office skillset.
  • Understanding of technical workflows.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to FX and Capital markets.
  • Experience with Cloud Azure.
  • Expertise in VBA scripts.
  • Exposure to Linux/Unix.
