Business Analyst - Salesforce

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Apex Systems. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end project implementation and acting as a subject matter expert in solutions on Salesforce's Financial Services Cloud and CAM experience for a Top Five Bank.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex projects to design strategic solutions aligned to the enterprise architecture roadmap.
  • Support end-to-end project implementation and act as a subject matter expert in both business and technology.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to create and build flexible, innovative solutions that deliver a best-in-class client experience.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce CRM platform.
  • 3-5 years working as a Business Analyst with proven experience in agile delivery, in the area of requirements management on large and complex projects.
  • Experience with CAM & Financial Service Cloud.
  • Combination of traditional business analysis skills with agile analysis skills, and the ability to identify the need for and use techniques from either skillset.
  • Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in Scrum environments.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Critical Thinking and Design Thinking skills with experience in User Centered Design.
