Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at BeachHead Inc. as a Foreign Exchange Specialist. This role requires a versatile and self-motivated individual with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end project implementation and act as a subject matter expert in both business and technology.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to create and set up flexible, innovative solutions that deliver a best-in-class client experience.
  • Develop and maintain technical workflows and processes to ensure seamless integration with business operations.
  • Provide expert-level support for financial systems and processes, including FX and Capital Markets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in Capital Markets with FX.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Financial institution experience, preferably with big 5 banks.
  • Previous experience with agile methodologies.
  • Strong front office skillset and understanding of technical workflows.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Cloud Azure and Linux/Unix.
  • Expertise in VBA scripts and exposure to FX and Capital Markets.
