Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of over 20 staff members, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food preparation.
- Service Delivery: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure timely and efficient service, meeting the needs of our discerning customers.
- Financial Management: Manage food and beverage costs, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain inventory levels to optimize profitability.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in restaurant management.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment with a focus on customer service and quality food preparation.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to stand for extended periods.
