Restaurant Operations Manager

Delhi Street Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our daily operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant's overall performance, maintaining high standards of quality, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu Management: Collaborate with our culinary team to modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget.
- Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and supply chain logistics.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
