About This Role:
At Atlantic Superstore, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences in all our stores across Canada. As an Assistant Grocery Manager Overnights, you'll play a vital role in leading our team to provide the best in-store experience for our shoppers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor team members to improve efficiency, engagement, and retention.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising and operational excellence.
- Drive financial performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Recruit and develop talented team members to join our grocery team.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and belonging within your team.
What We're Looking For:
- A resourceful and courteous approach to resolving customer inquiries.
- A motivated and adaptable attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- The ability to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Physical stamina to move up to 50lbs and maintain mobility throughout your shift.
- Strong leadership skills and a consistent record of delighting customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a retail setting is an asset.
