OMNI Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused OMNI Department Manager to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our OMNI team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading by example, and contributing to the overall success of our online grocery and operations processes.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the training and development of OMNI Associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Complete Back Office Setup, including reviewing future grocery order summaries, identifying payment exceptions, and assigning tasks to CFAs.
- Check email and AMP+ for action items and complete daily picks, where necessary.
- Lead by example, greeting customers in a polite and friendly manner, and assist with promoting products and services.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
