At Atlantic Superstore, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences in all our stores across Canada. As an Assistant Grocery Manager Overnights, you'll play a vital role in leading our team to provide the best in-store experience for our shoppers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor team members to improve efficiency, engagement, and retention.
- Maintain high merchandising and operational standards.
- Be accountable for achieving financial objectives.
- Identify and attract top talent to join our team.
- Build and lead diverse teams that foster a culture of inclusiveness and belonging.
Your Skills and Qualities:
- Provide resourceful and courteous service when resolving customer inquiries.
- Motivate yourself to learn new things and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Show flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs and maintain constant mobility throughout your shift.
- Exhibit passionate people leadership skills.
- Consistently deliver outstanding customer service.
- Be an outstanding teammate with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience in a retail setting is an asset.
