At Atlantic Superstore, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences in all our stores across Canada. As an Assistant Grocery Manager Overnights, you'll play a vital role in leading our team to provide the best in-store experience for our shoppers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and empower team members to improve efficiency, engagement, and retention.
- Maintain merchandising and operational standards.
- Be accountable for financial objectives.
- Identify and develop talented team members to join our team.
- Build and lead diverse teams that foster a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging.
Your Skills and Qualities:
- Resourceful and courteous when resolving customer inquiries.
- Motivated to learn new things and deliver positive customer service.
- Flexible to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Able to move up to 50lbs and maintain constant mobility throughout your shift.
- Passionate people leadership skills.
- A consistent record of delighting customers.
- An outstanding teammate with good interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience in a retail setting is an asset.
