OMNI Department Manager

The OMNI Department Manager plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers in meeting their shopping needs. This is achieved by contributing to the overall processes for Online Grocery and collaborating with OMNI Associates to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the training and development of all OMNI Associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Complete Back Office Setup, including:
    • Review of Future Grocery Order Summary
    • Grocery Order Daily Pickup Report
    • Confirmation of Daily Orders
    • Identification of Payment Exceptions
    • Identification of Picks
    • Determination of workload by commodity
    • Assignation of CFAs
    • Fills in Staging Whiteboards
    • Setting up of Handhelds/Printers for CFAs
  • Check email and AMP+ for Action Items.
  • Complete daily picks, where necessary, and perform post-pick activities, including:
    • Clearing and setting Service Stations
    • Tote Cleaning
    • Maintaining e-commerce cleaning standards
    • Ensuring Back Office is NCO and ready for next day
  • Lead by example, greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, and assist by promoting products/services, locating merchandise, and making purchase decisions.
Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic computer skills
