Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support to our senior leadership team, managing day-to-day operations, and coordinating projects across departments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, Chief of Staff, and CFO, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Assist in identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing solutions to streamline processes across various departments.
- Support the Chief of Staff in managing cross-functional projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain and organize company data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the leadership team.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed to support company operations and strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with the Chief of Staff to implement these changes across the organization.
- 3 years of experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams is highly desirable.
Pani Energy Inc offers a competitive total rewards package, including comprehensive health and dental benefits, paid time off, and a comprehensive health and dental benefits package. The annualized base salary range for this role is CAD $65,000 to $80,000.
