Job Title: Office Receptionist

Main Purpose of the Job:

Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately, notify company personnel of visitors' arrival, security and Telecommunication system.

Reports to: The Office Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Display excellent customer service skills.

· Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring their queries.

· Direct visitors by maintaining employee directories.

· Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring sign in book, issue visitor's badges.

· Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

· Contributes to the team effort.

· Liaising with all company personnel and external visitors to ensure the above tasks are completed effectively.
