About the Role

The Central Services Assistant plays a vital role in providing exceptional reception services and administrative support to Magna International's corporate offices in Aurora, Ontario.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming reception services to visitors and guests.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries with precision and efficiency.
  • Record courier receipt, verify invoices, and attach necessary backup documentation with accuracy.
  • Order and distribute office supplies and services to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Assist with invoicing and maintain accurate stock inventory to ensure seamless financial management.
  • Collaborate with the Office and Property Manager to ensure efficient office operations and achieve shared goals.
