Location: Central, East, and Toronto Region
Kerry's Place Autism Services offers a unique opportunity for students to gain valuable experience in the field of autism support. As a student placement, you will have the chance to develop and contribute to your community while working with a dedicated team.
Student Placement Opportunities:
• The Ontario Autism Program
• Community Services and Supports, including groups and camps
• Supported Living Services and Supports, including assisting with leisure activities and community outings
• Administration and office duties
• Fundraising, Human Resources, Finance, and Information Technology
Expectations of Students:
• Uphold the philosophy, policies, and standards of Kerry's Place Mission, Vision, and Values
• Maintain confidentiality of all information received about people supported by Kerry's Place, employees, or other Kerry's Place students and volunteers
• Fulfill commitment to assigned responsibilities
• Report any instance of witnessed or suspected abuse to immediate supervisor
• Respect the rights and freedoms of the people we support
