Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Case Manager to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our healthcare partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a single point of contact for our healthcare partners, providing education and support on our program services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians and their staff, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide therapy guidelines and support to manage physician expectations and reimbursement.
  • Assist with patient chart reviews and complete necessary paperwork to obtain coverage.
  • Support physicians in completing Special Authorization (SA) forms, enrolment forms, prescription renewals, and other documentation.
  • Provide ongoing updates to physicians on their patients and customize program elements to meet their needs.
  • Identify areas for risk and foster proactive quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the patient journey.
  • Participate in scheduled physician meetings and attend Continuous Medical Education events.
  • Regular travel to physician offices and adverse event reporting.
Requirements
  • Registered nurse (RN) or related degree with equivalent transferable skills.
  • Experience in public or private third-party reimbursement arena or pharmaceutical sales experience, managed care, or clinical support.
  • Bilingualism is an asset, particularly in French and English.
  • Previous Case Manager experience and basic CCPE an asset.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Comprehension of medical terminology and strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze current enrollment volume and engage with physicians and their staff as a trusted medical counterpart.
  • Excellent time management skills and sense of urgency, with ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to attend Continuous Healthcare Education (CHE) events and hold a valid, non-expired, unrestricted driver's license.
