Insurance Sales Professional

We are seeking a motivated and sales-oriented individual to lead our business development efforts at Altamash Syed Insurance Agency Ltd. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a key role in strengthening relationships with our valued clients and expanding the households we serve.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish personalized telephone contact with clients to create a climate of trust conducive to the sale of home or auto insurance policies.
- Seize all sales opportunities, solicitation, and product offers to drive business growth.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, utilizing a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Sales experience with a successful track record of meeting sales goals.
- Self-motivated and able to relate to customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
- Organized, with the ability to problem solve and work as a team.
- Ability to motivate and lead, with a strong understanding of social media and technology.
- OTL/RIBO certification (required).
- Life and Health license- LLQP (must be able to obtain).
- Good understanding of social media and technology.
- Product/sales experience (required).
- College diploma in a related field (preferred).
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Goal-oriented and passionate about the client advisory role.
- Integrity and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Easily adaptable to a continuously changing environment.
