Insurance Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Altamash Syed Insurance Agency Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with our clients, educating them on our insurance products, and driving business growth through sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services, with the ability to educate clients on their options.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
- OTL/RIBO certification (required).
- Life and Health license- LLQP (must be able to obtain).
- Good understanding of social media and technology.
- Product/sales experience (required).
- College diploma in a related field (preferred).
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Goal-oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional client service.
- Integrity and a strong sense of ethics, with a commitment to doing the right thing.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new skills and technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
