Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating inspections, repairs, and renovations, as well as processing work orders and associated invoices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules of field staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Process and track work orders and associated invoices
  • Process and track local purchases, and ensure associated documentation is forwarded to the appropriate personnel
  • Check staff expense claims and submit to head office
  • Maintain branch records for expenses and update them accordingly
  • Review employee information for personnel and ensure accurate and timely reports are forwarded to Head Office
  • Monitor and ensure inventory is received correctly based on requests sent for processing to Head Office
  • Follow up on all discrepancies
  • Assist in preparation of quotes and proposals
  • Strive to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Process all documents with accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and high level of computer proficiency
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Coordination/Scheduling experience an asset
  • Professional communication in all forms of correspondence (verbal and written)
  • 2-year diploma in business/office administration or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience preferred
  • Experience in building systems maintenance or construction industries considered an asset
  • Bilingual in French and English required
