Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at 1349767 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient ordering processes.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Merchandising: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and merchandised to meet customer needs.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail or supervisory role
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of productivity.
