About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Liquor Sphere. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our liquor store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and organization of liquor products, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing losses.
  • Merchandising and Displays: Plan and implement visually appealing store displays and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations and Logistics: Coordinate with suppliers, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely restocking of products.
  • Financial Management: Monitor sales performance, manage cash handling and inventory control, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or liquor store environment
  • Language: English
