- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, including liquor products, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Establish and maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Sales and Revenue: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize losses.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or liquor sales environment
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
