About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or sales management role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
