About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at 1349767 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our liquor store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
    • Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Manage the inventory of liquor products, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient ordering processes.
    • Authorize payments, manage cash handling, and maintain a secure and organized store environment.
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
    • Monitor and manage store expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment
