Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent position with an estimated salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences; ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for management and staff members.
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations as required.
  • Greet visitors, direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management or related field.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Workday, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, Electronic scheduler, Accounting software, MS Access, MS Office, Quick Books and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Able to work independently under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Judgement, flexibility, adaptability and reliability.
