Executive Vice President of Business Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Vice President of Business Development to join our team at SMG On Demand. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, sales, and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand existing relationships, and drive revenue growth.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our business and develop strategies to address them.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales and business development professionals to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, sales teams, and marketing teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the financial services, operations, or information technology and services industries.
- Skills: Proven track record of success in business development and sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
