Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Senior Coordinator to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to clients, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings and events
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets and other documents
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
