About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Senior Coordinator to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to clients, including data entry, document preparation, and communication
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
