Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our KFC Restaurant team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
- Customer Relations: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of communication.
- 35 hours per week.
