  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for food and other supplies.
  • Customer Relations: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that we meet our business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent position
  • 35 hours per week
