Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Food Quality: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Staff Management: Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and coaching to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.
