About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational and leadership skills to manage the daily operations of the office. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of effectively coordinating administrative tasks, managing staff, and maintaining a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including supervision of office support staff, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, including management, staff, and departments, to ensure seamless coordination of office activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. You should have a strong understanding of business operations, office administration, and personnel management principles.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment. A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required, and knowledge of French or another language would be an asset.

Work Environment and Conditions

This is a permanent position, requiring 40 hours of work per week. The work environment is fast-paced, and the ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic setting with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you can expect to receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
