Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Operations Manager to join SSSP TRANSPORT LTD. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating work to office support staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Procedure Implementation: Design, develop, and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Evaluation and Review: Regularly evaluate and review existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change.
  • Staff Delegation: Delegate tasks and responsibilities to office support staff to ensure effective workflow and timely completion of projects.
  • Priority Setting: Establish clear work priorities and ensure that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Budgeting and Inventory Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain accurate inventory controls.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to office support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English is essential.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
