Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Sootay Smoke and Convenience Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Assign tasks and duties to staff members to ensure efficient store operations.
- Authorize returns and exchanges of merchandise, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stockroom operations.
- Coordinate and supervise activities of workers to ensure smooth store operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Relocation costs covered by employer.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
