Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Sootay Smoke and Convenience Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and improve product offerings.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance, as well as maintain accurate records and files.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Work Setting: Permanent position with 35 to 40 hours of work per week.
  • Language: English.
