Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Sootay Smoke and Convenience Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue, working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
