  • Staff Supervision

  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, stock ordering, and visual merchandising.

  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development

  • Reporting and Analysis

    Requirements
    • 2+ years of experience in a retail management role.
    • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer service.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
