Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members.
    • Assign sales staff to duties and tasks to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Merchandise Management
    • Order and manage inventory of liquor products, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
    • Authorize returns and exchanges of merchandise, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Store Operations
    • Establish and manage work schedules for sales staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Culture and Diversity
    • Support the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion by providing a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.

Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
