- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to ensure that our store is running at maximum efficiency.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Make informed decisions regarding the return of merchandise, ensuring that our store's policies are upheld.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our store is adequately staffed at all times.
- Prepare Reports on Sales Volumes, Merchandising, and Personnel Matters: Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise to ensure that our store is well-stocked and that inventory levels are optimized.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Workers: Ensure that all staff members are working together effectively to achieve our store's goals.
- Work Term: Permanent: This is a permanent position, offering stability and opportunities for growth and development.
- Work Language: English: Fluency in English is required, as this will enable you to effectively communicate with our customers and staff.
