About the Role

Brex Inc. is a leading AI-powered spend platform that empowers companies to spend with confidence. As a Scaled Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Customer Success Strategies: Independently design and implement strategies to retain and grow Brex customers, leveraging data and technology to drive business value.
  • Engage with Customers at Scale: Utilize Customer Success and marketing automation platforms to engage with customers, ensuring a seamless experience and proactive outreach.
  • Contribute to Scaled Playbooks and Engagement Strategies: Collaborate with the team to develop and test scalable playbooks and engagement strategies, driving customer success and business growth.
  • Proactively Identify and Mitigate Risk: Monitor customer accounts, identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity.
  • Work Closely with Dedicated Support Team: Collaborate with the Dedicated Support team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Advocate for Customer Voice Internally: Provide internal feedback on customer trends and suggest improvements to Brex's services, ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • At Least 3 Years of Experience: In customer-facing or marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving customer success and business growth.
  • Experience with High-Volume Customer Interactions: Comfortable interacting with a high volume of customers at different stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • SaaS or Fintech Experience: Proven experience working in a SaaS or Fintech organization, with a deep understanding of customer needs and business goals.
  • Passion for Customer Success: A genuine passion for working with customers to ensure they achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and present new ideas and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience Leading Live Webinars and Workshops: Proven experience leading live webinars and workshops, with a track record of engaging and educating customers.
  • Experience Creating Successful Email Outreach Programs: Experience creating successful email outreach programs, with a focus on driving customer engagement and conversion.
