We're on a mission to revolutionize the way technology companies win more, faster. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve this goal.

Your Mission

As the first-ever implementation and support role in the NA Market, you'll be responsible for driving customer success and adoption of our industry-leading platform. Your focus will be on ensuring customers get the most out of our tool, from their first 30 days to ongoing usage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run training sessions and follow-ups with new customers to ensure they're getting the most from our platform.
  • Manage support volumes and collaborate with our development team to create great documentation.
  • Provide feedback to our product team to help shape the product roadmap.
  • Generate great case studies and reviews by giving customers a phenomenal experience.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a background in customer support, technical account management, or implementation roles. You'll have a proven track record of driving customer success and adoption, and be able to work hard remotely.

Location

This initially remote position allows you to work from anywhere within the Vancouver Area. As our first NA implementation hire, you'll have the opportunity to play a key role in establishing our physical Revenue Office in the region as we scale.

Compensation

The year-one compensation for this role is 90k—140k CAD (80% Salary + 20% Commission/Bonus), with much further room for growth as our portfolio of customers scales.
