We're on a mission to revolutionize the way companies win more, faster. As our first Implementation & Support Leader in NA, you'll play a key role in shaping the direction of our implementation team and driving customer success.

Your Mission

As the first point of contact for our NA customers, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, driving adoption, and delivering exceptional support. Your expertise in AI and SaaS implementation will be instrumental in helping us scale our business and build a world-class sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective implementation strategies and processes
  • Provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the product team to gather feedback and shape the product roadmap
  • Generate case studies and reviews to showcase customer success stories
  • Manage and prioritize tasks, working independently with minimal supervision
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in customer support, technical account management, or implementation role in B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrated ability to work hard remotely and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong understanding of AI and SaaS implementation, with a passion for driving customer success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
What We Offer

We're offering a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $90k-$140k CAD, plus commission and bonus opportunities. You'll also have the chance to work with a talented team, contribute to the growth and success of a rapidly scaling company, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers.
