Customer Success Manager

We're on a mission to revolutionize the way companies win more, faster. As our first Implementation & Support Leader in NA, you'll play a key role in shaping the direction of our implementation team and driving customer success.
Your MissionAs the first point of contact for our NA customers, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, driving adoption, and delivering exceptional support. Your expertise in AI and SaaS implementation will be instrumental in helping us scale our business and build a world-class sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective implementation strategies and processes
- Provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the product team to gather feedback and shape the product roadmap
- Generate case studies and reviews to showcase customer success stories
- Manage and prioritize tasks, working independently with minimal supervision
- 3-5+ years of experience in customer support, technical account management, or implementation role in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated ability to work hard remotely and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong understanding of AI and SaaS implementation, with a passion for driving customer success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
We're offering a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $90k-$140k CAD, plus commission and bonus opportunities. You'll also have the chance to work with a talented team, contribute to the growth and success of a rapidly scaling company, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers.
