Customer Success Manager

This is not your everyday Customer Success role. We're looking for a top performer who thrives in a startup environment and wants to scale with a focused team quickly. As the first-ever implementation & support role in the NA Market, you will play a key role in helping us continue to snowball our success and be a huge part of our early journey.
Your MissionAs the Implementation & Support Leader at AutoRFP.ai, you will:
- Roll up your sleeves and work with new customers to get them off their legacy processes onto the cutting edge of AI with AutoRFP.ai
- Run training sessions and follow-ups with new customers to ensure they are changing their habits and getting the most from the tool
- Manage the currently low support volumes as they scale and counteract them with great documentation and partnership with our development team
- Collaborate with the Co-Founders to develop implementation and support strategies and processes
- Provide feedback to the product team based on customer conversations to help shape the product roadmap
- Generate great Case Studies and Reviews by giving customers a phenomenal experience
- Become an expert on our product and the RFP process
We're looking for someone with:
- 3-5+ years of experience in customer support, technical account management or implementation role, in B2B SaaS
- Experience dealing with Security Questionnaires or RFPs
- A customer-focused mindset in all aspects of their work
- A demonstrated ability to work hard remotely
- An ability to prioritise tasks and manage their own workflow
- Good analytical skills for strategy and problem resolution
- A passion for technology and eagerness to learn about AI
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment without established processes or KPIs

The year-one compensation for this role is 90k—140k CAD (80% Salary + 20% Commission/Bonus), with much further room for growth as our portfolio of customers scales.
