About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Lifemark. As a key member of our corporate recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent to support our business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Researching: Utilize your expertise to identify and attract top candidates for corporate office positions, leveraging your knowledge of the talent market to develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Full Cycle Recruitment: Apply your expertise to ensure an efficient, transparent, effective, inclusive, and equitable candidate experience, including conducting telephone screenings and video interviews, creating job postings, and onboarding new hires.
  • Bilingual Relationship Management: Guide and coach business leaders through the recruitment process, providing an outstanding candidate experience and ensuring the hiring of the best available talent.
  • Weekly Reporting: Analyze and report on recruitment metrics and analytics to facilitate the growth of talent pipelines.
Requirements
  • Bilingual French and English proficiency
  • Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate recruitment setting
  • Strong sourcing and research skills, with experience managing multiple strategic searches and client relationships
  • Proficiency in recruiting-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems and reporting tools
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or a related field (an asset)
