Requirements

  • Bilingual in both French and English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior problem-solving abilities and solid decision-making skills.
  • Active listening skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Computer knowledge and experience with basic browser-based functions.
  • Demonstrated passion for driving an exceptional customer experience.
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience in retail, fast food, hotel, and hospitality industries.

Working Conditions

Our customer service team operates Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 8:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 8:00am – 6:00pm. Your scheduled shifts will vary according to business needs and your availability. Availability requirements range between days, evenings, and weekends.
