Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at the LCBO. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer engagement and product knowledge
  • Providing a best-in-class customer experience
  • Interacting with customers, coworkers, and wholesale representatives
  • Receiving inventory, unloading trucks, and maintaining customer-ready standards
  • Rotational duties may include lifting, standing, and processing customer transactions

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Canada
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Ability to submit to a criminal background check
